The cup of suffering/wrath/ contain punishment of all my sins, if it is possible let this cup pass from Jesus
He is exceedingly sorrowful til death
A holy god , son of God having to become sin offering and bear all my sins and sickness diseases on His own body at Calvary cross it brings him great honey despair and sorrow
Thank God ‘nevertheless’ Love that redeem / save/ deliver me is a choice that Jesus made

The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?
Bread is bread of blessing, cup of blessing

The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

When we meet people weary worn out by stress, scattered n not united, there’s strife and conflict
God did not see them lazy, strife
They see them as sheep having no shepherd
My Lord Jesus Christ have compassion on them, Christian like that forgotten that they have a good shepherd who have compassion on them. Remind them that they have a good shepherd who cares for me

for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.
Open my heart to Him, Lord give me the desire
Whatever desire is, it is God's will desire and performance for His good pleasure
There will be so fulfill in my heart.
Not only for His good pleasure but also my good pleasure
The only way to transform from glory to glory is to behold Jesus Christ and call upon His name
